Hi hi hi and helllllooo! I am a rainbow pullet, an Ameraucana, and just like “Swede Potato”, I am a special chicken because I also was named in a naming contest. Human Mommy, aka, Farmer Deb (also known as “The Giant who brings treats”) picked me out of 30 new chickens for the contest. She told me she liked my saucy little attitude – like De Niro, I was like, “you talking to me?” My little cap and “eyeliner” make me so very cute.

This time, Rhonda of Long Beach had the award-winning selection of “Chick-o-patra”. In Rhonda’s own words: “This saucy little chick wants to grow up to be Queen of the Coop! Her eyeliner accentuates her regal beauty as she struts among her subjects with a distinctly royal attitude. Queen Cleopatra wore bejeweled skull cap headdresses as her as her crown. So too does “Chick-o-patra” have a cap for her crown. Hail to Queen Chick-o-patra! Long Reign the Queen. May her eggs of many colors be plentiful.”
